  Since I've moved to Cheyenne I've heard nothing but bad experiences. I decided to try it for myself... bad decision! Not only did I encounter rude staff but so did multiple of my members that have also gone. They are very inconsistant with checking their insurance properly... quote you thousands for a follow up for LASIK that was performed in CO yet a month before for a coworker with the exact same insurance, exact same LASIK Dr., and needed the effect same follow up he paid nothing because insurance covered it 100%... a simple visiin test was all that was asked for. Multiple times another friend tried to have them verify insurance so she could get it yet they said she had none, yet she called moments later and she still had full coverage. She tried multiple times with back and forth calls and every time the staff was ruder and ruder. She finally gave up after informing them how unprofessional they were and instantly another clinic verified her insurance. More people than I can count have raged about how they do nothing but push top of the line name brands for frames down your throat and almost refuse to offer an alternative so many take their prescriptions else where for a more cost friendly frame. So end of the day it's all about money with them!!! I literally have a voice mail stating they need a thousand dollars to become a patient and have a vision test... a thousand dollars when I carry 5 star vision insurance. Insane!! I hope they work on their manners, consistency, price points, and business practices.
