- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I started seeing Dr. Bird at the age of 16. I had braces for two years and then they were removed. After about three years I came back in for an appointment to get the metal retainer on the bottom my mouth removed and he noticed my top teeth were not straight like they used to be due to me not wearing my top retainer at night. He offered to fix it for free (originally insurance had paid a full approx. $5,000 upfront because my teeth were that bad).
