- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I too have moved my two Australian Shepherds from another clinic in Cheyenne to La Zoetry. This place is a breath of fresh air. Every person from the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Novak herself are extremely kind, courteous, and actually seem to like humans as well as pets. This is more than I can say for the place that we moved from. In addition to being rude, I don't think they liked humans or even pets for that matter. I feel that they over vaccinate and medicate as well, which I do not feel that La Zoetry does. I felt right at home the first time I visited Dr. Novak. She is genuine, kind, and caring. We follow a "natural" or more holistic breed specific plan with our Aussies, and Dr. Novak respects that and doesn't act like we are "freaks of nature" for following this protocol.
